Agreement to These Terms

Welcome to Growdexify. By accessing our website at growdexify.com, filling out any contact form, communicating with our team, or engaging our services in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to all visitors, enquirers, and clients — whether you are exploring our services for the first time or currently engaged with us on an active project.

What Growdexify Provides

Growdexify is a digital growth agency specialising exclusively in food businesses — restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, and food delivery brands. Our core service offerings include:

  Website DevelopmentDesign and development of high-converting websites tailored specifically for food businesses, including menus, ordering flows, and SEO-ready structures.

  Platform OnboardingAssistance with listing, optimising, and improving rankings on food delivery platforms such as Swiggy and Zomato.

  SEO & Local RankingStrategies to improve your visibility on Google Search and Google Maps, helping nearby customers discover and choose your business organically.

The specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement will be outlined in a separate proposal, agreement, or written communication between Growdexify and the client before any work begins.

Your Responsibilities as a Client

A successful engagement requires collaboration. To allow Growdexify to deliver the best possible results, clients are expected to fulfil the following responsibilities:

  Provide Accurate InformationAll business details, contact information, branding materials, logins, and any other information shared with Growdexify must be accurate and up to date. Inaccurate information may affect deliverables and timelines.

  Cooperate During Project ExecutionTimely feedback, approvals, and access to required accounts (ad accounts, website hosting, platform dashboards) are essential. Delays caused by client-side inaction may affect project timelines without any liability to Growdexify.
• 💳
  Make Payments on TimeAll agreed payments must be made by the due dates specified in the proposal or invoice. Delays in payment may result in a pause or suspension of services.
• 📋
  Comply with Platform PoliciesClients are responsible for ensuring that their business, products, and content comply with the terms of any third-party platforms involved (Meta, Google, Swiggy, Zomato, etc.).

Payment Terms

Growdexify maintains a clear and transparent payment process to ensure there are no surprises for either party. The following terms apply to all service engagements:

• All pricing and fees will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in writing before any work begins.
• Depending on the scope and nature of the project, payment may be structured as a full upfront payment, a part-payment before start with balance on completion, or a milestone-based schedule.
• No work will begin until the agreed initial payment has been received and confirmed.
• For ongoing monthly retainer services, invoices will be issued at the start of each billing cycle and are due within the agreed payment window.
• Payments are accepted via the methods communicated to you at the time of engagement (bank transfer, UPI, etc.).
• Any ad spend budgets paid to third-party platforms (Meta, Google) are separate from Growdexify's service fees and are the client's responsibility.

Refunds & Cancellations

Given the nature of digital services — which involve time, expertise, and third-party costs — our general refund policy is as follows:

• Services are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes strategy development, creative work, campaign setup, or any other deliverable that has been initiated.
• If a project has been paid for but not yet started, a partial refund may be considered at Growdexify's discretion, minus any administrative or preparatory costs already incurred.
• Any refund policies specific to a particular service package or project will be clearly documented and agreed upon in writing before the engagement begins.
• Ad spend funds already transferred to or spent on third-party platforms (Meta, Google) are non-refundable as they are governed by those platforms' own policies.

Results & Outcome Disclaimer

Growdexify is committed to delivering high-quality work and measurable results. However, the nature of digital marketing, SEO, and advertising means that outcomes can vary and are influenced by many external factors beyond our control.

• Advertising results (impressions, clicks, orders, ROI) depend on budget, competition, seasonal trends, market conditions, and platform algorithm changes.
• SEO and local ranking results depend on Google's algorithms, domain history, competition level, and the consistency of strategy execution over time.
• Platform rankings on Swiggy, Zomato, and similar apps are subject to each platform's own internal algorithms and policies.
• Website performance metrics depend on design, content quality, user behaviour, and factors outside our development scope.

We will always communicate our expected outcomes honestly, work diligently to achieve them, and provide transparent reporting throughout the engagement.

Ownership of Deliverables

Intellectual property rights for work created during a Growdexify engagement are governed by the following principles:

  Client Ownership After Full PaymentOnce all outstanding payments for a project have been received in full, all final deliverables — including websites, ad creatives, content, and strategy documents — become the property of the client.

  Ownership Until PaymentUntil full payment is received, all work-in-progress and draft materials remain the intellectual property of Growdexify and may not be used, published, or distributed by the client.

  Portfolio RightsGrowdexify reserves the right to showcase completed work — such as website designs, campaign results (with data anonymised if required), and case study outcomes — in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
• 🛠️
  Third-Party AssetsCertain deliverables may incorporate licensed third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins, or software). These remain subject to their respective licence agreements and are not transferred to the client beyond those licences.

Limitation of Liability

Growdexify provides services in good faith and with professional diligence. However, the following limitations apply to our liability in all circumstances:

• Growdexify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential business losses arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of customers, or lost profits.
• We are not responsible for fluctuations in advertising performance, algorithmic changes by Google, Meta, Swiggy, Zomato, or any other third-party platform that affect your campaign or ranking results.
• We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or errors caused by third-party hosting providers, platform outages, or tools outside our direct control.
• Our total liability to any client for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client to Growdexify for the specific service in question.

External Platforms & Services

To deliver our services effectively, Growdexify may use, recommend, or integrate a range of third-party tools and platforms. These include but are not limited to:

• Advertising platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
• Analytics tools: Google Analytics, Meta Pixel
• Food delivery platforms: Swiggy, Zomato, and similar services
• Website technologies: CMS platforms, hosting providers, and plugin ecosystems
• Communication and project management tools used internally by our team

Each of these platforms operates under its own terms of service and privacy policies. Growdexify is not responsible for changes to their policies, platform outages, algorithm updates, account suspensions, or any other third-party actions that may affect your service delivery.

Clients are advised to review the terms and policies of any platforms they use directly, particularly where client accounts are involved (e.g., your own Meta Business Manager or Google Ads account).

Ending the Engagement

Either Growdexify or the client may choose to end a service engagement. The following conditions apply:

  Client-Initiated TerminationA client may request to stop services at any time by providing written notice. Any work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced according to the agreed pricing and must be paid before final deliverables are handed over.
• 🏢
  Growdexify-Initiated TerminationWe reserve the right to terminate an engagement if a client repeatedly fails to meet their responsibilities — including payment delays, non-cooperation, or requests that violate platform policies or ethical standards. In such cases, outstanding dues remain payable.
• 💰
  Outstanding DuesRegardless of who initiates termination, all outstanding payments for work completed must be settled in full before the formal end of the engagement. Unresolved dues may be pursued through appropriate legal channels.
• 🔄
  Access & HandoverUpon termination, Growdexify will provide the client with all final deliverables and revoke internal access to the client's accounts and materials, provided all payments have been cleared.

Changes to These Terms

Growdexify reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.

• The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised whenever changes are made.
• For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients via email or our website.
• Continued use of our website or services after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
• We recommend reviewing this page periodically, especially before starting a new project with us.
